LovesBlowing spit bubbles and raspberries, going on adventures and anything social, diaper changes, sitting upright and taking in the scene
HatesThe snot sucker (it's his arch-nemesis right now), long car rides, not being in the action, daytime naps (still!)
Well, he's gone bald in the last month. On the flip side, he's much better about holding his head up and loves looking around to soak in the scene. He gets cuter and more social everyday and it's been fun to see all the new things he's learning to do. He rolled over once so far, from back to front, and he likes to scoot around his blanket like a little inch worm during tummy time. So far, he's not that interested in rolling over from tummy to back but he does seem like he wants to crawl and move around. He also loves chatting and having babble conversations. I have no idea what he's actually trying to say but he definitely responds when we talk to him or ask questions. It's pretty cute! Our conversations usually go something like this:
Me: "Good morning! Did you sleep well last night?"
Him: "Ah-goo! Uh-wah, cccccccccccc, ooh ooh ooh!"
Me: "Really? And did you have good dreams?"
Him: "Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh!" *blows raspberry*
Fascinating stuff, there. We're also getting a lot more comfortable with running errands together and going on "adventures" but I'm still working on figuring out the best way to do our grocery shopping. If any of you awesome moms have suggestions, I'm all ears!
And speaking of ears, his are pretty darn adorable the way they flip out and flop around, don't you think? :)
PS - The Husband and I decided that since I share so many photos of him, we'd at least keep his name off the internet. But I've quickly realized he's going to outgrown the Baby T nickname pretty soon so, from now on, I'm going to start using his fun little nickname when referring to him in posts - Rico!
Like, Rico Suave.
