Happy Weekend & Some Web Love

I can't believe how quickly time is flying these days.  I know I probably say that at least once every few weeks, but it's true.  It's already June, and not only is it already June, but it's already one full week into June.  What the what??  I have no doubt this rest of this month will fly by, too, because it's going to be a busy one.  Five weddings, a few elopements and engagement sessions, Father's Day, the Husband's birthday - and that's just what we have on the calendar so far!  Thank goodness June also happens to be the month with the longest days of the year because we definitely need the extra hours of daylight.  I have to fit in some time for homemade ice cream and other sweet summer treats, too, right?

What's on your agenda for the first full weekend of June?

In remembrance of D-Day.

Also, it's National Donut Day.  Indulge at your convenience.  (And I'm currently taking all recs for good gluten-free donuts in San Francisco...)

The story of our wedding and how we made it all happen was featured on A Practical Wedding this week!

Why you hate work.  As if you didn't already know.

Iggy Azalea and The Beatles have something in common.

Nicole and I area definitely on the same page when it comes to comfy travel outfits.

You really never know what's going to happen when you post a photo online...

Photos of Audrey Hepburn and her pet deer, Bill Gates' mug shot, and Robin Williams dressed like a cheerleader all in one place.  Brilliant.

And in case you missed it ...

We celebrated Gia's first 'Gotcha Day' recently and

I shared my latest-and-greatest skin care discovery this week.

Happy Weekend!

  2. Have fun shooting all those weddings! I am looking for a great gluten-free recipe for doughnuts as well. I've tried Gluten Free on a Shoestring's recipe, and it's pretty good but I don't have a doughnut machine. There aren't any gluten-free doughnut shops where I live. Happy summer! http://www.flyoverlifestyle.com

  3. There's one delicious doughnut shop near me that sells ONE flavor of gluten-free doughnut but they fry it up in the same oil as the regular doughnuts, which means it's not safe for me to eat. :( If I were any better at baking them, I'd open up my own entirely gluten free doughnut shop!

  6. I'm with you in that I cannot believe that we are well into June already either! Summer is HERE! :)

That photo of Audrey Hepburn and her deer is one of my faves and maxi dresses are the best for so. many. things. And they're usually super flattering too!
