Erin & Oliver | Rustic Chic Wedding at Stern Grove

Remember Erin & Oliver's sweet St. Patrick's Day engagement story?  Well, the two tied the knot in an equally sweet and romantic day at Stern Grove here in San Francisco.  Oliver's friend, the man responsible for dragging him to that fateful St. Patrick's Day parade, officiated the sweet ceremony that brought nearly everyone to tears, including Erin.  After toasts and food, stories and fond memories, laughter replaced the tears as guests danced the night away under DJ Matteo's amber lights, celebrating the beginning of a beautiful life for Erin & Oliver.

Erin & Oli - Thank you so much for inviting me to document your awesome love party.  If the wedding is any indication of what's to come, you two are going to have a pretty amazing life together.

(PS - Isn't Erin's dad's reaction the best?)

  1. Stephanie, these are perfect. You did such a fabulous job and I love the details in her wedding. They must have been fun to photograph.

Also those sparkly skirts make me super happy.

  3. Beautiful! These photos have really captured the vibrancy and emotions; I love the one where the bride is tearing up, the dad's reaction, the groom and his mom(?) coming down the aisle...and it's the first time I'm seeing sparkly Anything at a wedding!

  6. hi, I am planning a wedding at the trocadero clubhouse and was wondering how they did the dance floor? Are the long tables on one side of the room with the other clear for dancing maybe?

  7. Hi Liz! The tables actually filled the whole room during dinner so afterwards, the guests moved out onto the porch for a large group photo of everyone in attendance, then the bride & groom did their cake cutting on the front porch as well. While that was happening, the staff inside moved all the tables to the sides and cleared a space in the center for dancing. The way you suggested could definitely work, too, depending on how many guests you're having. Hope that helps! Best of luck with the rest of your planning!

  8. Hello...I'm also planning a wedding there and was wondering if you could tell me how many guests approximately this party was? Beautiful shots!
