Love you, Mish

Day 5 of the challenge is to publicly confess your love for a fellow blogger friend.  This was hard for me because there are a lot of great ladies I could include here.  Many I've met in real life and some I've only met in blog land.  But I had to narrow it down to just one and I went with a lady I've yet to meet face to face.  Her name is Michelle (Mish) and her blog is Mish Lovin' Life.

Oh Mish.  How do I love thee, let me count the ways.  First, she's gorgeous and kind of reminds me of one of my law school besties.

Second, she's not just a pretty face.  She's also hilarious, down to earth, and super sweet.  Her posts are full of self-deprecating humor and an appreciation for life and love.  Her writing is warm and inviting, almost like you're having a conversation with your best friend, not just reading a stranger's stories.

Third, she and her studly hunk of a man V Dizzle sold all their belongings and spent six months traveling through Europe and Asia.  I can't even tell you how desperately I've always wanted to do that but it's completely unrealistic for me.  So I lived vicariously through Mish instead and visited Thailand, Amsterdam, London, Spain, China, and a whole bunch of other places as seen through her crazy eyes.

Recognizing the need for us to become immediate and best friends, Mish and V Dizzle have decided to move to San Francisco now that they've wrapped up their travels.  Woot woot!  (Sidenote:  I may not actually be the reason Mish is moving to SF but I'm just going to keep telling myself that I am.  That's not weird at all.)

PS - In case you missed it on Instagram, Molly wanted to wish you a happy Cinco de Mayo!

  1. I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!! :) You're the best and I'm so excited for San Fran life!!!

  2. I read her too! She's hilarious. Good choice!

  3. Haha, love this! What an awesome tribute to your friend. And I'm SURE she's moving to SF for you. In fact, I was born in the bay area -- and I think that's because of you, too ;) (Too much? Internet humor is always awkward.)

Anyway, no, this is awesome. :) Thanks for sharing!

  4. Oh I LOVE Mish! Great write up. Found you form the blog hop and I'm so glad I did!

  5. I've always wanted to travel Europe with my husband... I just might have to go live vicariously through Michelle's travels too. :)

Happy Cinco de Mayo Molly! ;)

  6. awww I love her and her blog too - what a great choice! :)
