Photography | A San Francisco Engagement

She didn't want to go.  St. Patrick's Day is always crazy in San Francisco and she wasn't in the mood.  But her friend can be very persuasive so, off she went.

He was there with his buddies.  Fellow firemen reveling in the day off to celebrate St. Paddy.  In the sea of drunken green, she stood out.  She caught his eye.  His heart.

He asked for her number and, much to his surprise, she said no.  She didn't even want to be there in the first place.  She definitely wasn't looking for a date.  But he was so sweet.  So funny.  So charming.  She had second thoughts so she turned to find him and satisfy his request.  He caught her eye after all.

And now, in just a few short months, they'll be married.  Husband and wife forever.

Erin and Oliver wanted engagement photos that captured San Francisco in a subtle way.  We found beautiful spots at iconic city spaces like the Ferry Building, an empty trolley car, and the San Francisco Art Institute to serve as the perfect backdrop for their urban love story.

I had such a blast getting to know these two lovebirds and am absolutely honored to captured their wedding this spring.  I wish you both a life filled with morning cuddles, loving smiles, silly faces, and warm embraces.  ♥

That second picture is beautiful. I love the shots of them on the trolley too. They're all lovely though.
