Chicken Piccata

This is one of those recipes that is not my own but was so good I had to share.  I basically followed every step of Ina Garten's recipe (Barefoot Contessa) with one exception: I couldn't smash the chicken breasts thin enough so I baked them for about 20 minutes, rather than 10.  The chicken still turned out tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked.  The best part of this recipe is the sauce.  Lemon, butter, and white wine - how could you go wrong!  A couple days later, the boyfriend was still talking about how good this dish was.  I've had requests to make it again very soon.
